The whole process of reproducing a model, making the silicon rubber mold, both at low and high temperatures.
The whole precision casting process, including the making of the wax tree-like structures, the plaster cast and the fusion.
We also do the chasing, slurrying and polishing with magnetic needles.
The last step in the process is a rigorous quality control.
In order to provide an even better service to our clients, we cooperate with 3D prototyping specialist firms, as well as firms specialised in metal finishings and galvanisation.
